Pipedrive is a powerful sales CRM platform that helps businesses manage their sales processes. Sometimes, you may need to export your data from Pipedrive to Microsoft Excel for further analysis or reporting. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Create a connection to your Microsoft Excel account

2. Use the created connection on existing export or create a new export

On the export page please select that you want to Export data to - Upload data to MS Excel

Now, choose a connection to your Microsoft Excel account. Then, proceed by selecting either an existing workbook and worksheet or creating a new one through the apimoon UI. Additionally, decide whether you want to append data to the existing worksheet or overwrite the data during each export.

3. Export data manually or by a scheduled job

That's it! You now have the option to export data manually or set up a scheduled export for automated data transfers.

4. Use your data

When you manually export data from Pipedrive, you will receive a notification once the export is complete. The message will indicate that the export is finished, and you can click on the provided link to open the Excel file containing the exported data.
