How to export Issues from Jira to Google Sheets

Exporting data from Jira to Google Sheets can be a useful way to analyze, manipulate, and visualize your data outside of Jira. Here's a small blog post explaining how to export data from Jira to Google Sheets with apimoon.

1. Connect your Jira to apimoon

Click on a New Export button and connect your Jira easily into apimoon

2. Choose Your Jira Data

Select the specific Jira issues or project data you want to export. In the export setup, choose whether to export all issues, filtered data, or a custom selection based on your needs. You can select from predefined filters or use JQL to get required data.

3. Manual or Automated Exports

You can export your Jira data manually or schedule automated exports. Scheduled exports will keep your Google Sheet updated with the latest Jira data at regular intervals, saving you time.

4. View Your Data

After exporting, your data will be available in Google Sheets. You can now visualize, manipulate, and share this information as needed. Custom reports and dashboards can also be built on top of this data, making project management easier.
