How to create an export

In apimoon, you have the flexibility to execute exports manually or schedule them to run automatically at specified intervals. This documentation will guide you through the process of creating and scheduling exports in apimoon's automated data platform.

1. Creating a New Export

To create a new export in apimoon, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your apimoon account using your credentials.
  2. Once logged in, navigate to the "Exports" section.
  3. In the "Exports" section, locate the "New Export" button. Click on it to start the export creation process.

2. Defining Export Configuration

After initiating the export creation process, you need to define the export configuration. Follow these steps:

  1. Select an execution type
  2. Select the data source from which you want to export data. This is a pipedrive service that you have connected to apimoon.
  3. Choose the entity from the selected data source that you want to export. Some entities have also predefined filters. You can select from an already existing filters or create your own filter in Pipedrive.

  1. Choose one or multiple fields you want to export. Fields are shown based on a selected entity.
  2. Now you need to select a a target system where a selected data will be stored.
  3. Based on a trigger type the export will be started automatically or manually.
