Invite Team Members

In apimoon, you have the ability to invite team members to collaborate on your projects and data management tasks. This documentation will guide you through the process of inviting team members to apimoon's automated platform.

1. Inviting Team Members

To invite team members to your apimoon account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your apimoon account using your credentials.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the "Users" section. This section i located in a sidebar menu.
3. In the "Users" section, locate the "Invite" button. Enter the email address of the team member you want to invite. Click on it to initiate the invitation process.

2. Accepting Invitations

‍

Once you have sent an invitation to a team member, they will receive an email notification containing the invitation. Follow these steps to accept the invitation:

1. Instruct the invited team member to check their email inbox, including the spam or junk folder, for the invitation email from apimoon.
2. The invitation email will typically contain information about the invitation, such as the name of the inviting user and a brief description of the organization.
3. In the email, the invited team member should look for a button to accept the invitation. Clicking on this button will redirect them to the apimoon platform.
4. The invited team member will be prompted to create a new account by providing their name, email address, and a secure password.
5. Once logged in or registered, the invited team member will be associated with your apimoon account and gain access to the specified data management features.

3. Managing Team Members

As the owner or administrator of the apimoon account, you have the ability to manage team members and their permissions. Follow these steps to manage team members:

1. Log in to your apimoon account using your credentials.
2. Navigate to the "Users" section.
3. In the "Users" section, you will typically see a list of invited or active team members.
4. You can invite another the team member or revoke their access if necessary.
